Nick Renwick is a sole practitioner based in South Wales who works primarily for private clients, property development companies and charities, including the Church.

Nick has many years of practical experience in a wide range of building types, including historic buildings and conservation work, the conversion of redundant residential, commercial and agricultural buildings, educational buildings, affordable housing, houses and extensions for private clients, the latter of all shapes and sizes. Specialist knowledge and extensive experience has been gained in the care and repair of listed buildings and churches.

Years working with and for local authorities have given him great experience in obtaining planning permission on difficult and complex sites particularly those with planning histories.

Clients include: private individuals, a Local Authority, a number of landed estates in Wales, the Church-in-Wales for whom condition surveys have often been prepared, as well as the specification and management of programmes of conservation repair.  Nick is also experienced in the principles and practice of energy conservation in both new build and alteration projects.

He has recently relocated to a new office in the busy market town of Cowbridge, in the Vale of Glamorgan.
